Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED; Minimum 3 + years’ experience performing maintenance and repairs on commercial buildings; Strong ability to use construction tools. Knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical. Knowledge and understanding of job related safety requirements. Work boots are required for this position.

In this position, the ideal candidate will respond to Trouble Ticket work orders, perform routine maintenance including painting, minor plumbing/electrical work, carpentry, furniture assembly, asset relocation, and repairs. Your responsibilities will also include actively patrolling and maintaining a secure campus. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall functionality and safety of our facilities.
