Under the direction of an assigned Director, provide varied and complex secretarial support services to relieve the administrator of administrative and clerical detail; plan, coordinate and organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications for the assigned supervisor; maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.

ELIGIBILITY LIST An eligibility list will be created from this recruitment and will be good for one year or until the list is exhausted. It will be used as follows: 1. To fill the current vacancy and future permanent vacancies which may occur during the life of the eligibility list; 2. To create a list of substitutes for the current class and other related classes.
