SALARY SCHEDULE: Classified Salary Range: 30 Work Calendar: 261 Days Work Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (8 hours/day) Department: Information Technology & Support Services EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A combination of education, trainings/certifications and experience equivalent to one (1) year of full-time experience in computer hardware/software user support environment and/or IT helpdesk work; OR; An equivalent combination of education, work experience, and certifications that demonstrates relevant possession of the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities of the position may be substituted. *Materials Required at the time of applying*: 1.
