SALARY SCHEDULE: Classified Salary Range: 35 Work Calendar: 261 Days Work Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (8 hours/day) Department: Information & Technology Support EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A combination of education and experience equivalent to two (2) years of full-time experience in computer hardware/software user support environment and/or IT helpdesk work. *Materials Required at the time of applying*: 1. Completed application 2. Resume 3. Proof of High School Diploma or Equivalency or higher degree earned (copy of official transcript OR copy of diploma is acceptable)
