St. Hedwig School, located in Los Alamitos, serves families from Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Long Beach, Cypress and surrounding areas. The TK Instructional Aide works alongside the classroom teacher and will be responsible for helping keep our youngest students safe, engaged, growing and learning. This educator will work closely with their teacher and colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous learning environment. This position reports directly to the principal and assistant principal and is for the 2026 - 2027 school year. Qualifications: • Experience in working with 4-5 year olds, preferably in a learning environment, or in the process or completed a child development program. • Ability to complete all required training, including Safe Environment training and related background checks. • Committed to faith formation, academic excellence, team collaboration, and individual growth, with a strong sense of the importance of communication with families. • Willingness to support and uphold the mission of a Catholic school
