Application password: 1234 The Counseling Secretary and Registrar work as a team and share responsibilities in a variety of areas and play an integral role in providing support to the school site, students and families. Under direction of a school administrator individuals perform responsible clerical, technical and record-keeping duties as well as provide information and assistance regarding assigned functions. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic.
Requirements / Qualifications
Any combination of education, training and/or experience equivalent to a High School diploma, including or supplemented by courses in office procedures, and three years in an office environment, preferably one year of which is in a school setting. preferably one year of which is in a school setting. Some focus areas may require previous experience in a specialized area. Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR Certificate Employment eligibility will include fingerprints, tuberculosis, and/or other employment clearance Desired: - Bilingual is preferred, but not required - In spanish & French -Experience With The following: Microsoft Office Student Information System Outlook/Email or other Email program
Work Day: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Includes 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
