Job Summary
Job Summary
Performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure that all students, staff, and the community are provided a safe, attractive and clean, and healthy environment for learning and work.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred. Vocational coursework or training in facility maintenance, building systems, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, custodial operations, or related trades is preferred but not required. ? At least two (2) years of experience in building maintenance, custodial services, facility operations, or a related role—preferably in a school, multi-site organization, public agency, or commercial facility setting required. Experience performing basic repairs, routine maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks is preferred. This position requires regular travel between sites. A valid driver’s license, personal automobile, and proof of insurance required.
