Under the direction of the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, the Instructional Coach is responsible for providing classroom instructional support, coaching, and training site teachers in their specific subject area. Supports include data gathering and analysis, facilitation, and classroom modeling and coaching. The Instructional Coach demonstrates the ability to share knowledge and experience with colleagues effectively and assumes a leadership role in improving students’ probability of achieving their maximum potential.
