Job Summary
Journey School is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student whose Individualized Education Program (IEP) identifies specific behavior-related needs. In coordination with the special education team and classroom teacher, the Behavior Technician implements individualized behavior support plans, promotes positive behavior strategies, and helps the student access the instructional program safely and successfully.
