Job Summary

The Cheer Program Director provides leadership, oversight, and direction for the entire school cheer program, including Elementary, Junior High, and Varsity programs. The Director is responsible for building a program that emphasizes student-athlete safety, skill development, competitive excellence, school spirit, character building and a positive team culture. As a Christian school, Tri-City Christian is seeking a committed leader who is aligned with the mission, values, and spiritual direction of TCC. This position oversees the overall vision and operation of the cheer program while supervising coaches at each level and working closely with the Athletic Department and TCC administration.
