Job Summary
LVN/MA to provide health care services and support at the school sites for students and work in coordination with the school's Credentialed Nurse and LVNs. Position to start as soon as possible. This position will be working at all campuses. This is an On-Call position.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required documents to be considered for this position: Resume 3 Signed letters of recommendation (Job-related preferred) College Transcript of classes taken- Official required at hire Licensed Vocational Nurse certificate desired, Medical Assistant Certificate Required. CPR certificate (Must be valid for 1 year min) TB Negative test (done within the last 90 days) Three references are required on the application, including phone number and email for all references (Job-related preferred)
- Certification (Licensed Vocational Nurse certificate or Medical Assistant Certificate Required)
- Copy of Transcript (Official will be required if hired)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Must be valid for 1 year min)

**Hired to work fiscal year student days per ILCS Calendar. Hours not offered during breaks/recess period. On-call positions do not give you priority on the school lottery
