About the Position: The Trinity County Office of Education is seeking a Health Services Assistant to join our team and support health services for students throughout Trinity County. This position works closely with the Director of Health Services to help coordinate student health screenings, maintain health and immunization records, communicate with families, manage student health data, and assist with health-related programs and services. The Health Services Assistant also helps connect schools and families with community health resources, including dental services and immunization clinics. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with technology, and able to communicate effectively with students, families, school staff, and community partners. Strong record-keeping skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are important to this role.
