DATE: August 19th, 2026 POSITION: School Psychologist STARTING DATE: 2026 / 2027 School Year SALARY: Placement on Psychologist Salary Schedule $90,780 - $109,866* (Based on 200 workdays) *2% per Educational Enhancement SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: - Valid California Credential authorizing service as a School Psychologist - Strong understanding of IDEA, regulations related to special education, case law, timelines, compliance, and evidence based practices - Ability to Pass DOJ Background/Fingerprint Check - Tuberculosis Clearance - Valid California Driver License DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong knowledge of instructional strategies and psychological testing - Experience providing school-based counseling services to students ages 5-22 - Ability to conduct psycho-educational testing as part of a multidisciplinary team; complete reports and develop behavior plans, provide in-service to staff; provide counseling support to students - Experience in a School District or County Office of Education - Experience with special needs population - Experience with students on the Autism Spectrum - Understanding of Response to Intervention (RtI) - Strong communication skills - Ability to work effectively in teams - Training and experience with Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses - Board Certified Behavior Analyst Credential (BCBA) DEADLINE Open Until Filled - first review of applications August 26th, 2026
