Coach- Cross Country- 3 positions per elementary site at Livingston Union School District
Job Summary
Job Summary
1. Plan and conduct well-organized practice sessions. 2. Complete pre-season planning prior to the start date of the sport. 3. Run one meet at coach's designated site. 4. Meets schedule will be finalized at a later date. 5. Teach and demonstrate skills to players. 6. Emphasize good sportsmanship. 7. Supervise and manage athletes while traveling to and from meets, during practice and completion. 8. Direct the participation of athletes in meets. 9. Demonstrates the ability to completely address student injuries that may occur in any sports activity. 10. Issue, maintain and collect athletic equipment. 11. Assist in the supervision of maintenance of home meets. 12. Help run the league meet at LMS, date to be determined.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or recognized equivalent Copy of valid First Aid and CPR card Valid TB Clearance Valid Drivers' license Fingerprint Clearance through LUSD by the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigations Background and experience in coaching sport preferred
