Job Summary
Colusa County Office of Education is recruiting for a Farm to School Laboratory Assistant performs a variety of work in the greenhouse, surrounding raised beds and the laboratory pathway. This includes overseeing fruit/nut/vegetable garden (orchard and raised beds); irrigation installation, planting, use and maintenance; greenhouse use and management; raised bed and orchard harvest.

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT LOCATION: Education Services SALARY: $18.94 - $28.34 HOURS/DAYS: 3 hours per day, 175 days per year EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates ability to perform duties and responsibilities as described including specialized knowledge and work experience in landscaping and agricultural production techniques. LICENSES & REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be required to provide DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance, TB test clearance and a valid California driver’s license following acceptance of job offer.
