Job Summary

Under the direction of the Early Childhood Education Administrator, facilitate and implement preschool program activities; provide assigned instruction for preschool children; perform supervision of preschool children.

Requirements / Qualifications

Instructions: Complete an online EDJoin application and attach all required documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered for an interview. In addition, applicants are required by law to complete the Mandatory Employment Disclosure by listing all previous Local Education Agency (LEA) employment, including school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, and state special schools. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Some experience working with young children in a learning situation. • Must have 6 units of ECE or Child Development courses from an accredited program OR a certificate from an accredited HERO program including ROP. • Must have 48 units of college credit completed OR passage of District proficiency exam. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Valid California Driver’s License or State/Federal Identification. • Transcripts • CPR/First Aid Certificate

  • Copy of Transcript (Official or Unofficial College Transcripts are acceptable)
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (Completion of both online course and hands-on assessement)
  • Driver's License Copy (or other form of an identification )
