What You'll Do: Driving Campus Safety & Operational Excellence ?? As our Lead Custodian, you will be the go-to leader for site maintenance and physical security. You will lead our team to proactively maintain high standards across all campus spaces: Team Leadership & Scheduling: Supervise, schedule, and train custodial staff to ensure clean, safe, and functional spaces across all classrooms, athletic facilities, and common areas. Event & Program Operations: Support with setup, teardown, for school assemblies, community programs, and special events. Supply & Inventory Control: Order, receive, unpack, and distribute custodial and instructional supplies efficiently to keep our team fully equipped. Qualifications & Mindset: ??
