Job Summary
The ELOP Instructor provides engaging, safe, and supportive before- and after-school programming for TK–6th grade students. This position plans and leads age-appropriate enrichment activities, games, projects, and academic support while fostering positive relationships and a welcoming environment for all students. The ELOP Instructor is responsible for supervising students, maintaining a safe and organized program space, supporting positive behavior, and communicating effectively with students, families, and school staff. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, creative, and enjoys working with elementary-aged students in a structured but engaging after-school setting.
