Job Summary

Job Summary

As a Care Team- Student Support member for an iLEAD California school, reporting to the School Director and under the guidance and direction of the Director of Student Support, the Care Team - Student Support is responsible for providing instructional assistance to special education students and, in some cases, providing individual support.

Requirements / Qualifications

-High School diploma or equivalent is required. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. -Exceptional public speaking skills. -High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness. -Thrive in a collaborative, team-based, and fast-paced environment. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED ? Belief that all children deserve the opportunity to learn and grow academically, emotionally, and socially. ? Commitment to inclusive and diverse educational access ? Associate Degree OR High school diploma or equivalent PREFERRED ? CPI trained ? CPR trained ? Experience working with students through a trauma-informed lens
