NCLB requirement - Applicants will have to meet the No Child Left Behind requirement, which can be met by providing an official transcript (if you have units from out of the country, you must get your transcript evaluated by a CTC-approved agency) showing 20 semester units, or by taking the Proficiency Exam at the San Joaquin County Office of Education.
