Stockton Unified School District (SUSD) began providing services to students in 1852 and is located in the heart of California’s Central Valley near the banks of the San Joaquin River. Requirements / Qualifications
In alignment with Stockton Unified School District’s mission to support modern students in becoming multiskilled world contributors, the district is seeking an Instructional Specialist for a specialized, three-year role funded through the Golden State Pathways Program. This position will lead innovative future forward curriculum development, learning opportunities, implementation and integration focused explicitly on the emerging fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity within Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways. The incumbent will forge strong industry partnerships to establish advisory committee, secure and coordinate dynamic Work-Based Learning opportunities, including targeted student internships. Additionally, the specialist will align these programs with postsecondary institutions to create and expand valuable dual enrollment opportunities.
