Job Summary
Under the direction of the superintendent or designee, plans, organizes and coordinates classified and certificated personnel services in compliance with State Education Code, Federal guidelines, and collective bargaining agreements. Serve as Credential Analyst for certificated employees. Responsible for independent decisions governed by existing policies. Consistent ethical behavior and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality when required is essential.
Requirements / Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Public Administration, or other related field required; Master’s degree preferred *Four years of responsible and varied technical public personnel experience, including at least two years of experience in a California public school district *Must possess a valid California Driver's License *Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

*Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of pressure to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
