Job Summary
The job of Preschool Instructional Assistant is done for the purpose/s of assisting (under direct supervision) in the supervision, instruction, and assessment of young children. A Preschool Instructional Assistant reports directly to the site principal.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Completed classified employment application - Resume - Letter of Introduction -Three letters of recommendation (within past 12 months with at least one from a supervisor) - High School diploma or equivalent and completed at least six units in Early Childhood Education. -Proof of having passed the District's Proficiency Exam or 48+ college units (to waive the exam)
