Requirements / Qualifications

MATERIALS: See Job Description QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of: * State/federal data reporting requirements for CALPADS, CBEDS, and other reporting systems related to accountability. * Database management and data warehousing, including demonstrated proficiency in SQL. * Microsoft Enterprise SQL 2012, Windows Server 2008-2012 database maintenance plans and backup optimization, and SQL user security. Applicant must demonstrate an ability and a willingness to learn these systems if not currently proficient. * Cloud-based applications. * Microsoft Office Suite, including demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel. * Project management principles EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required; 3-5 years of database or system administration experience.

This position is for a Student Data Systems Coordinator and reports 8.0 hours/day; 5 days/week, on a 242 work-day calendar. District offers health insurance, dental and vision, pro-rated to FTE. Maximum district contribution for health benefits shall be equal to the cost of Kaiser coverage for the employee only, or $300/ month more contributed towards Employee + One, or Full Family. For C.U.S.D. Employees, the District password is cusd.
