Substitute teach at child centers classes when teacher is not available to teach.
Requirements / Qualifications
Requires an already issued valid Emergency 30 day Substitute Teacher Permit; or a valid California Teaching Credential; or a valid California Child Development Associate Permit or higher. Must be a California credentialed teacher by one of these ways. Must provide immunizations for MMR; Whooping Cough, TB and Flu vaccine if working in State funded preschool classrooms. The majority of our classrooms are in Around the Bell before and afterschool programs for school age children TK - 5th grades. (vaccines not required, only TB)

Comments and Other Information
For the Children's Centers: Infants, Preschool and Afterschool children's programs (PreK-5th grade before and afterschool care).
Must be able to lift children; lots of bending down, some diapering needs in younger children at preschool centers. Center hours run between 7:00am - 6:00pm with jobs offered all hours between. Must be available to work 3 days per week. Hired as on-call-as-needed basis, you would substitute for a teacher who is out of the classroom.
