Job Summary

The job of Paraprofessional II is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the educational process within assigned classroom with specific responsibility for assisting a teacher in providing instruction to individual or small groups of students with specific needs; monitoring and reporting student progress; performing classroom clerical tasks; serving as a resource to other school personnel requiring assistance within a specialized area; and may require incumbent to drive from one site to another.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education (Minimum): High school diploma or equivalent. Equivalency: Applicant is required to have two years of college (48) units, or an Associates degree or higher, or pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills.

This position is Grant Funded for 26/27 school year
