Requirements / Qualifications
Ed-Join Application. Must be at least 18 years of age. Transcripts showing Bachelor's Degree in child development, sociology, psychology or a related field. (May be unofficial) ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid Driver's License. Driving a SCOE vehicle. Required to provide own transportation and must have proof of insurance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a BA in child development, sociology, psychology or a related field. At least four years’ experience carrying out planning and program development and data analysis functions. At least one year must have been in a field of education. At least on year must have been in a supervisory capacity.

BENEFITS: A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 4 hours per day. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per day.
