Requirements / Qualifications
DEFINITION: Under the supervision of the Principal acts as a Coordinator of site M & O department and performs skilled, semi-skilled maintenance work and to do related work as required.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: At least two years experience in general maintenance work. Education: Completion of 12th grade or equivalent. Knowledge of: General knowledge of one or more of the working trades. Ability to: Follow written and oral instructions. Be dependable, industrious, and in good physical condition.
