Job Summary

Under direction of the ECE Principal, assists a certificated teacher or specialist in providing instruction and tutorial assistance to individual or small groups of limited or non-English speaking students in a classroom or other learning environment; monitors and reports student progress; translates for parents and teachers as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Training Required: High School graduate or equivalent and demonstrated experience working with youth in an organized setting. Completion of two (2) years of higher education study OR possession of an Associate’s or higher level degree including twelve (12) Early Childhood Education ECE college level units. Licenses and Certifications:

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Written Exam
  • MTranslation examination.

    • Copy of Transcript (Copy of College Transcript, including 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) Units.)
    • Resume (Include detailed breakdown of duties and employment dates.)
