BASIC FUNCTION: Assist the Technical Director of the theater in the operation and setup of the theater for events held in the center. This may include but not limited to, Lighting, Sound, Fly System, Stage Management, and assisting clients with any needs they may have.

Ability to: Perform a variety of technical duties related to theater productions, communicate effectively, and work independently with a minimum of direction.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Incumbent is often required to work irregular shifts and overtime; work with dust, fumes, solvents, glues, climbing and working on ladders, grids, and catwalks at heights up to 65 feet.
Working Conditions: Work with dust, fumes, solvents, glue, climbing and working on ladders, grids, catwalks of heights up to 65 feet.
Heavy Work: Lifting, carrying and/or pushing 100 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Mobility: Positions in this class require mobility of arms to reach, and dexterity of hands to grasp and manipulate small objects.
Vision: Positions in this class require vision (which may be corrected) to read small print
