Job Summary

In person position, Redlands, CA. The Accounts Payable Technician II is an accounting professional responsible for supporting daily accounts payable operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This role reviews and verifies vendor invoices, enters data into the accounting system, and assists with payment processing in accordance with school policies and procedures. The position serves as a key point of contact for vendors and internal departments, helping to resolve discrepancies and respond to payment inquiries. The Accounts Payable Technician II maintains organized financial records, supports month-end closing activities, and ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Requirements / Qualifications

Resume High school graduate or equivalent. Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting, or a closely related field. Experience in maintaining financial or statistical records is highly desirable. Additional specialized training in accounting or bookkeeping is desirable. Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters of Recommendation dated within 2 years)
