The HR Coordinator supports compliant and efficient HR operations through employee data management, credentialing, compliance tracking, and employment administration. Serves as the organization’s credential technician, coordinates employee requirements and performance reviews, processes employee exits and employment verifications, manages HRIS data, and supports the Chief HR Officer and HR team with employment data practices, budget changes, and system improvements. The Classical Academies is an organization of award-winning, tuition-free, Certified California Public Charter Schools serving North San Diego County since 1999. With over 4,500 students in grades TK-12, the schools are making a tremendous impact as they reinvent public education. Each campus offers a flexible, personalized educational environment that blends the best of independent study and the traditional classroom experience. Options range from in-seat and independent study programs.
