Instructional Assistants perform a crucial role in helping supervise students. They help enforce school rules to maintain a proper environment for learning. Also, they supervise the students outside at play, and assist with pulling groups of students for small group work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the well being of the students at all times
To perform the shared duties as stated in the staff handbook
Supervise students during recess and lunch
Assist in Art and Spanish classes
Work one-to-one, or with small groups
Grade assignments/tests/projects as needed
Maintaining a safe workplace by monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues and reporting concerns to staff and parents
