Bellflower Middle High School is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Boys Varsity Head Soccer Coach to lead our student-athletes in developing their athletic skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and academic success. The Boys Varsity Head Soccer Coach is responsible for organizing and directing a competitive soccer program that promotes student-athlete development, positive character, academic achievement, and school pride. The successful candidate will serve as a positive role model and mentor while creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all student-athletes.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous soccer coaching experience preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge of soccer fundamentals, rules, strategies, and player development. • Ability to communicate effectively with middle school student-athletes and families. • Strong leadership, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Commitment to student-athlete academic success and personal development. • Ability to successfully complete required district coaching certifications, background clearance, and safety training. • Ability to meet all district and applicable athletic association requirements.
