Requirements / Qualifications
The employee must possess a valid CA Clear Multiple Subject California teaching credential and be willing to work with elementary and middle school students of varying ability levels and with varying educational needs. Bi-Lingual a plus. Experience with Springs Charter Schools or other charter schools preferred. Prior independent study teaching experience is highly desirable. * All candidates must reside within our service areas, including Riverside, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino or Los Angeles Counties.

The Homeschool Collaborative Teacher (HCT) will serve between 17-20 students, teaches online up to 2 hours a day and conduct periodic assessments for the assigned region.
The HCT acts as an ambassador of the school and is the main source of support and communication between the school and the family. The HCT will be working with TK-8th grade students of varying ability levels and with varying educational needs. Review the job description for more details.

*A virtual assessment will be administered as part of the selection process.
* Upon hire, employee may be placed in multiple charters which could have tax implications.
* Springs Charter Schools adheres to all California Department of Public Health mandates to ensure in-person instruction at campuses and administrative operations are conducted in a safe manner consistent with state and local public health guidance.
