Substitute Food Service Assistant at Burbank Unified
Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of duties related to food preparation and food service; may prepare food for transport to other school facilities; maintain food service facilities in a clean and sanitary condition; perform cashiering duties as needed. THIS IS AN ON-CALL AS NEEDED JOB. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE AT LEAST 3 DAYS PER WEEK.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from high school or high school equivalency. WORKING CONDITIONS: Kitchen and cafeteria environment; subject to standing or walking for long periods; heat from ovens; lifting, bending and standing.
