Education and Experience: Knowledge of: Basic food serving utensils. Sanitation principles applicable to food service and kitchen maintenance. Ability to: Follow oral and written directions. Read and write English. Keep simple records. Perform assigned tasks without close supervision. Work well with adults and children. Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Inservice courses in menu planning, nutrition, sanitation, management and operation of food service program.
