Job Summary
Serve as the school administrator and instructional leader of a small school site; responsible for the direction of the instructional program; staff supervision, support and training; liaison to current partnerships and development of new partnerships; and support the SIATech mission of a premier drop-out recovery program engaging students through relationship-focused, high-tech, and rigorous learning experiences
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid CA Administrative Services Credential (required for Principal position) Valid CA Single Subject or Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (required for Site Leader position) Master's degree preferred Minimum two years' school administrative experience preferred including supervision of teachers Experience and passion for working with at-promise youth *Candidates with an administrative services credential will be prioritized in the selection process* Please upload a cover letter and a resume along with your completed application

Salary: $108,614.78 - $153,469.84 (for Principal position)
$98,399.63 to $142,512.00 (for Site Leader position)
Master's Stipend $2,000, Doctorate Stipend $2,000.00

Member of California State Teacher's Retirement System (STRS). SIATech contributes 19.1% of salary to STRS annually (2026-2027)
Comprehensive health benefits including 4 medical plans, dental & vision
