Job Summary

Under the direction of Site Administrator, provide general health assistance for students; administer first aid as necessary; Schedule, plan and prepare physical examinations; prepare various State reports and health records; provide health information to parents, students and staff; perform a variety of general clerical duties in support of an assigned office including typing, filing, duplicating and distributing materials.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade. Willingness to complete and maintain First Aid and CPR training. Current First Aid Certificate required Resume 2 Letters of Recommendation

Knowledge of: Public health agencies and local health care resources. Health and safety regulations. Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, courtesy and confidentiality. Oral and written communication skills. Operation of a computer and assigned software, and health services tools/equipment. Modern office practices, procedures and equipment. Record-keeping techniques. First aid and CPR procedures.
