Under the direction of the Director of Food & Nutrition Services, assume supervisory responsibility for the site operation of the school meal programs. Conduct on-site monitoring of central production kitchen and site kitchens. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies; develop and implement operation and training policies; train, supervise and evaluate assigned personnel.
