Job Summary

The Athletic Coach is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising school athletic programs for students in sixth through eighth grade. The coach fosters skill development, teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and physical fitness while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate athletic environment. The position supports the school’s mission and complies with California state laws, district policies, and student safety regulations. All coaches are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of each practice to help with preparation and supervision.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Experience coaching or working with school-age children Certification(s): Valid CPR/First Aid
