Job Summary

The East Side Union High School District (ESUHSD) is seeking a skilled and passionate Sculpture Coach to collaborate with the Visual Arts Instructor in supporting and enhancing classroom instruction assisting students in creating three-dimensional art forms. The position provides instructional and technical support in a variety of sculpture media—such as clay, plaster, wire, wood, metal, paper, and 3D printing—using both additive and subtractive methods. The coach collaborates closely with the Visual Arts Instructor to promote an inclusive, safe, and engaging studio environment that nurtures student creativity and skill development in the 3D Arts.

Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications/Certifications: •Working knowledge of sculpture materials and techniques (clay, plaster, wire, wood, metal, paper, and/or 3D printing) •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Organizational skills to manage tools, materials, and classroom resources effectively •Experience working with high school students, particularly multilingual or at-risk youth, preferred

Must complete Edjoin online application, and submit Resume and Letters of Recommendation/Reference. Selected candidates must pass fingerprint clearance and provide current TB test results PRIOR to employment.
