**Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential; have a CDA-equivalent state-awarded certificate (Associate Teacher Permit from CTC) preferred Or Working toward a valid California Child Development Associate Teacher Permit; Completion of at least 6 units or enrolled in at least 2 units per semester until the 6 units are completed
- Certification (Must have an Associate Permit)
- Copy of Transcript
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Driver's License Copy
- Letter of Introduction
- Other (Proof of vaccines (Measles & Pertussis))
