The Howard School Early Childhood Program is a non-profit organization located in Carpinteria, California. Our program is designed to meet the developmental needs of young children 3-6 years of age. It provides hands-on experiences and specifically designed curriculum to enrich each child’s cognitive, social, physical, spiritual, and creative development. The Howard School Early Childhood Preschool /Pre-Kindergarten Teacher designs and implements an effective child development preschool curriculum which adheres to sound educational principles and complies with regulations as outlined by the State Department of Education and the Carden Educational Foundation. The Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten Teacher works in collaboration with and reports to the Early Childhood Program Preschool Director. The Howard School Early Childhood Preschool /Pre-Kindergarten Teacher designs and implements an effective child development preschool curriculum which adheres to sound educational principles and complies with regulations as outlined by the State Department of Education and the Carden Educational Foundation. The Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten Teacher works in collaboration with and reports to the Early Childhood Program Preschool Director. The Howard School Early Childhood Preschool Program Director designs and implements an effective child development preschool program which adheres to sound educational principles and complies with regulations as outlined by the State Department of Education and the Carden Educational Foundation. The Preschool Director works in collaboration with the Preschool and Kindergarten teachers in addition to providing support to the staff and the program.
