Method Summit Academy is seeking experienced and motivated Softball/Baseball Coaches to join our expanding K–12 softball/baseball program. Each coach will play a vital role in developing players, fostering a culture of discipline and excellence, and helping build one of the top youth baseball programs in Southern California. The ideal candidates will have experience coaching at the middle school, high school, collegiate, or travel-ball level, with a passion for mentorship and a strong understanding of player development. Coaches will work closely with the Baseball Coordinator to enhance the student-athlete experience and help grow community awareness of the program through positive relationships with families and local baseball networks. Key Responsibilities Coach and mentor student-athletes in the fundamentals and advanced aspects of baseball. Collaborate closely with the Baseball Development Coordinator to implement program vision, structure, and daily operations. Assist with practices, skill development sessions, and game preparation focused on long-term player growth. Support the continued growth of the baseball program by building connections with families, local leagues, and the broader baseball community. Teach and reinforce proper technique, sportsmanship, and academic accountability. Assist in evaluating players and guiding their athletic and personal development. Maintain consistent communication with students, families, and staff to support engagement and success. Help organize scheduling, equipment, and field logistics as part of program operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of softball/baseball coaching experience at the youth, high school, collegiate, or professional level. Experience playing collegiate softball/baseball or professionally is highly desirable. Proven ability to connect with and inspire athletes across multiple age groups.
