Job Summary
Responsible for the overall administration, instructional leadership, and financial and operational management functions of the Adult School program. Carries out day-to-day operations and educational programs in accordance with federal, state, and district rules and regulations. Supervises all facets of the adult educational program—including career technical education, citizenship, high school completion, basic adult literacy and other programs—directed toward the optimal educational, vocational, and personal development of each adult learner.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Experience: Any combination equivalent to: Five years of successful administrative experience, with two years of experience managing Adult Education projects, preferred. Experience working with multicultural and bilingual communities
CREDENTIALS & LICENSES:
Valid California Administrative Services Credential
Valid California Teaching Credential
