Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, plan, organize, supervise, and oversee the daily operation of the District's food service program, including meal ordering, receiving, transportation coordination, packaging, distribution, inventory control, cashiering, food service operations, and compliance with federal, state, and local child nutrition program requirements. Supervise, assign, schedule, train, and provide work direction to food service personnel; coordinate substitute coverage, monitor employee performance, assist with employee evaluations, and promote compliance with District policies and operational procedures.
