Location: District Office - ITS Department Hours/Day: 8 hours/day Days/Week: 5 days/week Months/Year: 12 months/year Under the general direction of a Programmer Analyst, provides support services to users of District specialized software applications by providing information, consultation, demonstrations, and follow-up assistance. Also provided central support services during the implementation of District specialized software applications as well as to users of District specialized software applications that involve personal computers.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education: Must possess a secondary (i.e., high school) school diploma, or its equivalent (GED). Completion of college level courses in data processing or other related fields is desirable. Experience: Three (3) years of clerical or data control experience using specialized student information, personnel, payroll, or financial software.
