Under the direction of the Chula Vista Learning Community Charter School Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the High School Director, and the CVLCC High School Athletic Director, operates a school bus, transports and supervises pupils/passengers on a prescribed route applying safe driving principles in vehicle operation; and committed to teamwork, collaboration, and cross-training to provide optimum services for students, staff, and community; and performs other duties as assigned for the interscholastic athletic program in conjunction with and in cooperation with, other school activities, recognizing that it is an integral part of the total school program.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must have and maintain a good driving record and have the following valid documents: California Commercial Driver License Class A or B with “Air Brake” and “Passenger” endorsements; Medical Examiner’s Certificate; California School Bus Driver Certificate with no limitations (except “Automatic Transmission Only” is acceptable).
