Job Summary
The Head Cook/Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a school kitchen, including supervising cafeteria staff, preparing and serving meals, maintaining inventory, completing required records, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. This position plays an important role in providing nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and efficient environment for students and staff.

Letter of Introduction Current Resume Letters of Recommendation (2 minimum) High School Diploma, GED, or highest degree earned (copy) Valid ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment) Valid California Driver's License Any additional certifications related to food service, nutrition, or culinary arts (optional)
